If you’re ready to go a little deeper, this cleanse keeps you fueled on our gourmet pressed juices for five full days. If you already eat a lot of clean, whole foods—or if you simply want to take a bigger first step—this one is for you. It takes a little more commitment, but results typically include the loss of puffiness and extra pounds, a flood of new energy, and a reconnection to a more youthful, rested you. We know that staying disciplined can be a challenge, so we keep things fun and surprising by varying your daily menu. Our 5-Day Cooler Cleanse is a powerful kick-start to eating and drinking right for life.
The Daily Menu
You get two deliveries during the 5-Day Cooler Cleanse to ensure that your juices are as fresh as possible. The menu changes daily for the fruit juice (grapefruit & mint on days 1 & 4, watermelon & lime on days 2 & 5, and pineapple & ginger on day 3) and the nut milks (almond nut milk on days 1, 3 & 5 and brazil nut milk on days 2 & 4). The essential green is the foundation of our cleanse and you will consume 2 per day. Your six drinks will have a combined caloric intake of less than 1,200 daily calories. The juices are numbered and you should drink them in order 1 to 6. Drink juice No.1 for breakfast and have another juice approximately every two hours.
