  • STEP 1

    Pick a three-day window to do your juice cleanse. One-to-three days before the start date, prep for the cleanse by enjoying lots of whole foods and vegetables, avoiding foods that are fried, processed, and hard to digest (e.g., dairy), and reducing caffeine and alcohol. 

  • STEP 2

    Refrigerate juices immediately upon receipt. On “cleansing day,” begin in the morning by drinking one juice about every two hours throughout the day, going in the order they are numbered.

    Tips for an optimal full-body reset:

    • Don’t consume any other food or drinks other than filtered water and tea
    • Avoid coffee (replace with green tea if desired)
    • Support your body’s detoxification system with dry brushing, lymphatic/gentle massage, a sauna sweat session, and gentle movement
    • Prioritize rest, sleep, and self care

  • STEP 3

    After your final day of juice cleansing, transition out the way you came in: with a plant-rich, whole foods-packed diet free of fried and processed foods, dairy, and alcohol.
