Cooler Cleanse will deliver to your door if you live in Manhattan or Roosevelt Island as well as parts of Brooklyn and Queens. We deliver as early as 6:00am to provide you with the freshest juices possible. The juices are hydraulically pressed just hours before you start your cleanse in order to retain their high nutritional integrity for three days when refrigerated.
- The 3-Day Cooler Cleanse and Juice For A Day require only one delivery of juices on the morning you start.
- The 5-Day Cooler Cleanse involves two deliveries: on the mornings of your first and third day.
- Raw Coolers are delivered daily.
Select your preferred time of delivery when you place your order. To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer the following delivery times:
Monday – Saturday:
6:00am – 7:30am
7:30am – 9:00am
9:00am – 10:30am
6:00pm – 9:00pm
*We offer delivery on Sunday night for our clients starting a cleanse on Monday morning. The juices are prepared on Sunday afternoon and are guaranteed fresh though the completion of your cleanse.
We prepare a limited number of juice and raw food coolers per day. After selecting your cleanse, you will choose a start date. If the ordering process indicates that the date is not available, it is because we are sold out for that day. Please select another start date.
After selecting a start date, you will then choose a delivery time. If the ordering process indicates that it is not available, it is because we are fully booked and unable to make your delivery during that period. Please select another time for your delivery.
There is a $15 charge for each delivery. Please note that we make a single delivery attempt within your chosen time slot. If we are unable to reach you via phone or email, and your building does not accept the package unsigned, we’ll continue our delivery route. At that point, we can either return for a second delivery attempt (for an additional $15) or drop the cleanse at the nearest Juice Generation location (at no additional cost).
changes and cancellations
We do not offer refunds after your order is confirmed. If you need to change or postpone your order, you must notify us at least 72 hours before your start date. We will give you a credit to use at any available time in the following 12-month period. For example, if you are scheduled for a Thursday start date, you must inform us of changes by 9am Monday. We do not offer credit for cancellations made less than 72 hours before your start date. We cannot offer credit if you cancel during the cleanse. If there are medical reasons for canceling after the 72-hour deadline, we ask you to submit a doctor’s note. Requests for credit based on medical issues will be handled on an individual basis. We reserve the right to make decisions case by case.
We are committed to reducing waste. Our juice bottles are made of #1 PET plastic, the easiest plastic to recycle. Please rinse and dispose of the bottles in your recycling. Our Raw Food containers are made of biodegradable materials so you can put these in your regular trash.

return them to any Juice Generation location
